NH and OZ have wonderful products if you want to stay in *A. I prefer ICN to NRT as a connection point, never been to HND. If you're ex-IAH to South Asia, it's hard to beat SQ or QR on convenience.

And if you're thinking of jumping ship to OW (especially ex-LAX), JL and CX are very, very nice options.
