There's oodles of First milesAAver awards LGA-EZE. That's 62.5K/person vs. 50K in Business. It will boost the cost of the infant fare significantly - but full miles can be used for infant fares, too, when redeeming AA miles.
The OP is trying to construct a oneworld award, not a one-way award. If even one flight in three-class F is included in the itinerary, the OP would have to pay the F rate for the entire itinerary, not just for one segment.

To the OP: you do realize that you will pay a small fortune in fuel surcharges by including BA segments on your itinerary, right?
