If you're going to fly to Europe and care about upgrades to business, I recommend Delta due to the systemwide upgrades (which you start getting after reaching Silver Medallion).

I don't think OnePass has anything like it (and I've been with OnePass for 15 years).

If you pay for business -- I think either will do, I like them both.
