You can leave the AC*E assigned to your bookings if you wanna use any eUps. Once the upgrade clears you can just ask the gate agent to change your FFP for the flight to your A3 number. If eUps are no issue, then just call AC reservations and have them add the A3 # to your booking instead of your AC*E.
