Don't get your hopes up it happens all the time with phone bookings, can take a week or so
even on my e-ticket it does not mention any points, just taxes. i find that strange. its hard of me to believe they come back later and take the points out of my account.... and what keeps me from booking another flight in the meantime? it happened to me the first time.
