The other crew were lovely, most attentive if a little wet behind the ears. Moving Chicago to MF is a bold and I suppose necessary move if MF is to stand up to the pressure of shorter Eastern seaboard routes. I'm mindful the ORD route is also home to many corporate heavyweights so I hope BA is monitoring customer feedback very closely
Ive heard the customer satisfaction rate based on CSQ's for MF is in the 90% range.
SAN for example is apparently 97% satisfaction rate, so, whilst there will be some issues, as not everybody is going to be spot on perfect, they must be doing something right.
