I've done HKG-SVO-xxx (FRA, HAJ, CDG) a few times. Never had a problem entering my DL #, and mostly the miles credited properly. Same with AF and KL for similar flights.

But if one flight is not credited, you can not use the online form unless DL flight. You have to fax in a copy of your boarding pass. The 3 times I have done this over the past year (always for just one segment out of my total 4 flights -- very strange), the miles were credited within 24 hours, no problem.

There are some good restaurants and bars at SVO, but some don't accept credit cards. And if you pay in Euro, often the price is much higher than in rubles. I think at one small bar a beer was about US$6 in rubles, but more like US$10 when I paid in Euros (I think I was only GM on that trip -- no lounge access).

Lounges: In the older terminal, it is hard to find the lounge, plus the dragon lady I ran into made me get a lounge access card from the ticket office, while in the newer terminal lounge they knew that I got access based on being PM and did not hassle me -- just looked at my boarding pass and PM status.
