The thing that makes me think this is NOT DL RM at play (or at least was not what started this) is that things went weird right around the time that there were some changes in what shows where on EF. Before, if you did things right, you could see O in Flight Availability. At the same time that disappeared and we had to start using Awards & Upgrades only to find O and AF started returning flights with O0 to EF. Clearly AF changed something last week. Now if someone in RM is trying to get IT to drag their feet on implementing a fix is a different issue.
