1% starts at around $380k. While very well off, I don't think they're flying in private jets unless it's owned by their employer.
And while 1% of takeoffs/landings may be on private jets, I seriously doubt that 1% of seats in the air are on the same. If you've got numbers to show otherwise, I'd be interested.
