I largely agree with donnde -- particularly that Mrs. harmeet is going to get very bored very quickly watching you play BJ.

If you want to go, I'd do the Mandarin Oriental for the following reasons:

Very good spa
Very good bar
Close to fancy (but limited) shopping at Crystals with not much Strip walking
Close to pretty good restaurants at Aria next door (or the super fancy one at the MO)
Close to Bellagio for you
