I was at the JFK lounge (remote concourse) a couple weeks back. A man who appeared to be an AA exec was in the lounge conducting business two seats from me. How do I know this? He spent almost 90 minutes talking via Skype on his iPad. No headphones. Just using his iPad to conduct his business calls without regard to how disruptive this was to the AA passengers sitting all around him.
