That's good info. I guess there are a few non rev lounges at some airports, hopefully they can enjoy them. Wonder if employees parents are under the same rules? They are not active employees, but using and active employees benefits, so assuming they shouldn't use lounges either. If they AMEX platinum, maybe they can use other lounges besides AA's AC?
