UA Insider is AWOL, don't look for help there.
Honestly there isn't much UA can do after the fact to rectify their fault outside of of miles/cert. However since UA doesn't seem to have anyone testing these things if you want them to eventually go away you should forward them over to UA Insider so they have something to go on. Just because they don't immediately respond to the details doesn't mean they are using them to figure out what is wrong with their subpar systems.
