Problems with Trenitalia website
Dear friends,
today I bought a ticket online from the Trenitalia website. The site assured me that it would be sent as a PDF after the purchase is completed, however after my credit card was charged an error message appeared - "E-Mail could not be sent". When I log into the customer area of the website, I can see my reservation etc., but I still can not print a ticket. This seems to be a software glitch. My journey is only in about ten days, but I would prefer to sort this out before arriving in Italy. Do you have any ideas on what to do?
