I did, pretty classless of the dude (was that you Joe Kickass?), but looking at the demeanor of that high-quality union employee, you can almost understand why he lost it. Still doesn't excuse the behaviour though.

Looking at that picture gives some clarity as to why it takes forever to get bags at YYZ. Ms. Piggy there doesn't look like a shining beacon of efficiency. Too busy complaining about why her job sucks to actually perform it.

Unions are the bane of this country's economy, especially when it comes to unskilled labour like this. Time to go full Reagan and fire them all. I'd bet you'd have a line around the block for those jobs at $15/hour.
