Look, I know that large numbers of folk on this board haven't seen the rear-end of an aircraft since the Big Bang (meaning finance, not physics ) but I'm a little surprised not to have seen a thread on the subject of the sale that is currently on ba.com in very big letters (travel in May / June; book by 27 March).

Maybe that's because it's limited to ET, WT and WT+?

Thing is, I'm not sure that my regular LGW-JER-LGW is actually part of the sale because it's not listed in the promotion and because the cheap fares go on into July. However, the fare for booking more than a month ahead has dropped from around £90-100 to about £75.

Is this simply the slow summer season in progress?
