I checked in 24 hours in advanced for a flight on 10 March. Called the 1K desk to confirm I was on the upgrade list. Arrived at the airport and I was not on the list. None of the 4 agents I talked to could figure out how to add me to the list. I watched as the list cleared and first finally checked in full.

Everyone's advice to me was, get on the web site and send in a complaint.
