She could have checked, instead of guessing, but then she would have a real mess on her hands if she told you what was going on and you escalated it further up the line.
Nope, all we are as of late are "Freeloaders" wanting something for nothing and that's exactly what we will get,
nothing --- not even a fair shot at an upgrade using a CR1 (RPU)!
This will NOT be straightened out for quite a while, like others have mentioned, there are more important things to do first, and that is get everyone trained properly and get the planes off the ground.
I'm owed 2 RPU's back into my account for rescheduled WX flights and I'm not even going to bother chasing them down. I just want this over as soon as possible for the stuff I have booked already for the next few weeks, and I don't care if I ride in the back or sleep on the floor in SFO due to a misconnect with no chance of getting a room. I just want these flights behind me so I can chill out for about 9 months and not even think about UA.
