Thanks. I was talking about partner airline flights. So at ICN do they take your original boarding pass or do they just photocopy? I don't wish to give them the original in case the claim was unsuccessful and I won't have any proof.
In my case where I had the stub and bigger part still attached, they took the stub. They will tell you it will take between 6-12 weeks, but they had my missing LH flights added within 3 days.
For anyone who isn't going to be in Korea in the near future, if you want to send me your BP's I can bring them in for you. I only live a few minutes from GMP.
