According to the American Airlines Trip Book, which is linked on the FlyerGuide Wiki, employees, dependents and guests on reduced rate travel, including discounted positive space tickets, are not permitted to use club lounges (pages 20 and 58). The Admirals Clubs are only available to revenue passengers (page 64). Violations of this rule could result in loss of pass privileges.
