Her ticket is in her MAIDEN name?

Her passport is ALSO in her maiden name?

If so, you have no issue. All that matters is that the two documents match (ticket and passport). Mrs has been using passport in her former name for a decade. We just make sure to always book tickets in the name on her passport.
