You don't earn any RPUs in a given year until you hit 75k in that year. Then you earn 2. And you keep earning 2 for each 25k above 75k in that year. Then the next year you start back at zero and don't earn any until you hit 75k for that year.
And, even if you've hit 75,000+ in 2012, they won't post until the current conversion difficulties are ironed out. My guess is mid April.
