There are paid bonded storage services available in both airside and landside in each terminal. They are open 24 hours and are pretty good.
Ended up using the one airside in Terminal 3. Worked out great. I paid $7.50 for the 2 bags and was able to go out into the city empty handed not having to drag anything around all day.
