I've used Willer Bus a few times. I quite enjoyed the time I went to Osaka during the day but the two overnight trips were a bit of an ordeal. The seats are ridiculously narrow though leg room is adequate and the bus is kept uncomfortably hot. Can't beat the price though and they have a top notch English website.
