For $200pp look at places like Fleur de Lys for example, it is $72 for a three course menu, $82 for four course and $95 for five course and that is before tax, tip or drinks.
This is one that we identified also from the various lists and online reviews. I think it is probably where we will end up, provided I make a reservation in time.

This is a surprise to me. I just would have thought that SF would have any number of world class sushi/Japanese restaurants. Go figure. Reminds me of the thread in the UK forum about the lack of decent Mexican restaurants in London
