Do you have an HSBC premier card? This card is advertised as having no fees. My card is attached to a regular savings account, however, so fees supposedly apply, at least according to the customer service rep I spoke to. Looking at my account online, I have been unable to determine yet what fees, if any, are being charged and by whom (HSBC/bank that owns atm) because no fees are listed. Nor are any fees listed on the receipt given by the machine. If there are fees they are being seamlessly integrated into the sum of the withdrawal. I hope this is not the case since it would be a less than transparent practice! (particularly since I am withdrawing in a foreign currency but everything is listed only in USD in my account and I don't know the exact conversion rate used at time of withdrawal.)
