And yet, the video that Ron and others at the TSA have repeatedly cited as "proof" that extremely powerful liquid explosives can be easily mixed airside from harmless components suffers from
exactly the same cinematic faults:
1. It shows someone mixing two chemicals in a container. (Which two chemicals? Who knows?)
Cut.
2. It shows the container (Does it still have the magic mix inside? Or is it another identical container full of C4? Who knows?) being placed against the internal wall of an airplane fuselage.
Cut.
3. Long shot of airplane going

"BOOM". (Is it the same airplane? Is the hole in the side where the container was? Was the BOOM due to the magic mix, or due to a large quantity of C4 that was placed before/after the previous camera shot? Who knows?)
Jon's video, disconnected though it may be, is far more convincing than TSA's video "proof" that Tang and shampoo can blow up a plane.
