Sorry to hear about your experience, marlee1421. I am happy to report that I received my welcome kit today in the mail. As I mentioned earlier in the thread, my original packet went missing, so I called CS. Their setup must have changed since you last called, since their call center was most probably in the US, definitely not in India. All it took was just one phone call to them, and voila, two weeks later, I have my welcome kit. So far, Barclays has treated me well. Hope it continues.
