Like clockwork, just happened to me right now. Tomorrow is officially T-3 (I'm Gold) and I just got an email at 3.31PM PST from my corp travel agent (AMEX) that says I was upgraded but I haven't got the Delta email yet. I'm assuming there was a few minute delay in the info being communicated from DL to Amex's systems and for the email to be processed.
