That's my attitude. I cashed in over 1 million AMEX points, on which I figure AA rec'd more than $20,000.

Why would they allow all the other AA credits to qualify...including Reno Air...and deny points that came in on which they get real, incremental money?

Why treat good, multi-million mile/dollar people like second calss AA citizens?
