That's about the same time mine cleared last year, assuming that X was available. Sometimes I saw that I was already upgraded and went ahead to change the seat, and when the email arrived, it showed the seat I selected instead of the upgraded one. Looks like they run a report that generates the emails after the upgrade process is finished.
