Wellllll, Miami is a resort since the rental car center is within walking distance and if you do not mind a little drive, it is only about a half hour to the beach and the TZOORT rate seems widely available there.

If you have your own car, right now it is free parking but they plan to institute a $9 charge sometime in the next month or two. So I guess that in another way the Element MIA also has sort of a resort feel since you are so close to MIA where you can catch a flight to any island or resort destination in the world and again, apparently for the time being, you might be able to leave your car there for free.
