Well a credit would have been OK, just replying to on eof my many attempts to communicate with them would have been nice too.
I wonder how the folks defending CP would feel if they showed up 60 seconds past the time the Gate is closed and the agents denied them boarding, quoting them the rules... Yeah, they would meekly accept it because "all the other airlines have the same rules..."
