I'm sure he'll be answering emails and getting back into the swing of things when he returns, but I just wanted to give everyone a heads-up.

And folks, please keep the flames down. All they do is encourage more flames (hence the term) and get people reacting irrationally and jumping to conclusions.

We have 6 people in our online department, and trust me, we're giving FlyerTalk as much of our time as we can, without allowing our other projects (such as WebFlyer, the upcoming Freddie Awards, and the launch of the new FlyerTalk that Michael's been dilligently working on) to fall to the wayside. Please be patient, and don't help add to the mania, just for the sake of getting the last word in.

Seriously, though, we're aware of problems with duplicate accounts and we're working on resolving this without blanket-banning everyone who has one. At least before personally emailing the alleged offender and getting their side of the story. In other words, we're treating everyone just as I'm sure you'd like to be treated if you ever happen to get in this situation.

This may have been mentioned before, but why not arrange to meet each other in FlyerTalk Live! sometime?
