Even the MD seats can be tricky..I was sat next to a lovely couple on the way back from HKG and the chap had a lot of trouble getting into and out of the isle CW seat as they are very low down. Getting up took a few minutes and then he would fall onto the arm rest and slide into the seat to get back. I felt awful watching him struggle but the wife told me not to help due to male pride etc..

On the way to BKK the other day (must stop people watching!) I also saw a rather large lady struggle to get out of a window seat and 'hop' over the sleeping isle seat pax..it took some ingenious placement of arms to lift herself out!

Ironic that for these pax a WT+ would probably have been far more comfortable.
