I've had the same thing with KL. With AF I didn't have problems before.

What seems to work though is the new APP! I can look at my reservations at all times, it even shows when OLCI is activated and it has a seperate button thats show CHANGE SEATS. Even if you done the OLCI before, I was still able to get the seat map and see whats seats are availible.

I love this APP and will keep using it. When you have a Smart phone this might be the best solution!
