This is probably not the best thread for that question (the Seating Queries: Club World) would be a better choice) but I'll have a go anyway and say 12JK, 13AB, 17AB, or 17JK in Hi-J config, or 17AB or 17JK in Lo-J. In each case the person in crutches would go in the aisle seat. These seats have no climbing over anyone required and nobody liable to climb over you. Next best would be 20EF or 14EF; while these are centre seats again there is no climbing or being climbed over risk, but they are a bit of a pain to get out of.
