I don't care how it looks I want it to work. The useless Hilton site was once again down for a good part of the day yesterday and the IT department are such idiots that I had to tell reservations the site was down.
I have never had an airline site down or Marriott or Intercontinental. What is wrong with Hilton that they can't provide a website that works 24 hours a day and 365 days a year.
