The only route UA has really pulled out of here is SJC-IAD (which was an awesome option in its day); can't remember the last time SJC-ORD was on the schedule.
Doubt we'll see SJC go the way of the do-do bird any time soon. Both UA and CO have multiple daily mainline flights; feels a bit more sustainable than OAK and doesn't have quite the pressure from WN and B6 (both of whom are more formidable in the East Bay).
