Perhaps; however, there is a lot of demographic pressure to include English on international signage (just look at airports) simply because English is so widely spoken/read, especially by the travelling public around the world (and it is the travelling public that is going to make up the vast bulk of the international spectators at the Olympics, wherever they are held). There is much less pressure to include French, to be honest, although it's hard to object if it is included, and indeed I suspect it must be included on the official signs.

Pictograms will no doubt be widely used, as noted above.
