I have been to the Silver Kris lounges many times but never noticed lockers or something similar to store your carry on items. (unlike in ICN at the OZ lounge where the lockers came in really handy). There may be regular (pay) lockers after immigration (when entering the country) and give this is SIN it should be fairly safe.
