I emailed Southwest about this and received a generic form letter response. All they did was educate me on the differences between "nonstop," "direct" & "connecting" flights, a lesson better saved for whoever designs SWA.com. I asked them specifically what times I could expect to arrive in Oakland and they never answered. A few minutes of searching for BUR-OAK then OAK-BOI yielded the answer. I also asked why my flight now says "nonstop" when even by southwest's definition the flight is not nonstop but direct. The letter made no attempt to answer this, but made sure that I knew I could easily see how many stops a flight was making by referencing the routing column... Gee thanks...
