I love love love the 2/3 seating arrangement. I think it would be a welcome addition to the fleet. It would be perfect in airports like my hometown of Albany, where we see a mixture of regional jets, A319/20s, and MD88s.

That said, AirTran configuration of the 717 has only 30 inches of pitch in the main cabin, which is very tight compared to the rest of Delta's fleet.
