Yes, some employees post here, but very few employees post here from the perspective of frequent flyer, chasing status and miles. Most employees who post here post as employees.

By the logic in your quote above, every rule AA imposes on its employees would be on-topic here, and I can't imagine that's the case. It's a frequent flyer forum, not an airline employee forum. Discussions of the employee handbook really aren't on-topic, are they?
