I am planning an economy class award ticket using AA miles to travel CNS-BNE-LAX-JFK. The CNS-BNE segment is a QF codeshare operated by Jetstar (valid for an AA award ticket). This is one ticket. The connection from Jetstar to QF in BNE is where I have some questions.

1-Will need to check 1 bag. That is free on QF trans-pac flight, but what about the JQ flight?
2-No interline bag check, so have to claim the bag in BNE. Correct?
3-How long does it take for a domestic to int’l connection at BNE? Will have 3:15 to connect, arriving at 8 am.
4-Can one be checked in for the BNE-LAX-JFK flights when checking in for the JQ flight in CNS?
5-Is 2 hours enough for the LAX connection? I believe that the BNE flight arrives at AA T4 in LAX, while 107 departs LAX for JFK at TBIT.
