In ALB, there was this one stooge at the US ticket counter who would not let my brothers son have the exit row..even though he was 15 and there were seats open. He kept telling us it was 16 and it was a government policy. It took about 3 different agents to convince him that the rule was 15.

I don't know if anyone else has had this problem..I think he just didn't want to give my nephew a exit row seat.
