That's part of the confusion. Everyone has different rates for the same service. Spinn says the fees for getting the TTB is 1200 RMB but I have two other quotes for 400 RMB.

My thinking is I need the guide, by law, for 5 days. That's maybe 1500 RMB.
Landrover for one day to Samye. Big range here but let's say 1200 RMB.
Transpos to and from airport 400 x 2 800 RMB.

That's 3500 total. Which means entrances and additional "fees" would be 4200 RMB. That's what seems excessive.

If anyone can break this down for me more specifically I'd be appreciative.
