Now this is strange....

I called back this evening to make the changes (which I can't do now because they need to speak to my Mrs J5a).

The charges are different from the call made this morning:

- It's £25/person charge for the ticket date change - this morning they quoted no charge - can I confirm this charge - does it apply to tickets booked before the AVIOS changes?

- It's now £76.xx for adults and 56p for the infant in tax/charges/(fuel surcharge) up from £40 for 40p this morning!!

I'm very confused now.
