There is actually a very nice ~1:30h long video from a hacker on that matter. I think related material has been mentioned here in the past. But, I think it should stay underground, as it is now. It comes with some PERL code that does not find 3x's (like WWE's Universal YQ Remover), but can be the basis for writing such a program (I'm planning to do it when I get some time off of my phd research stuff... Would be nice to put my coding skills into something so practical...)
