This is once again an issue where we don't care so much what the policy is, but more so that it be done THE SAME WAY every time.

I have yet to see them board the same way twice even at the same gate in the same airport. Poor training? Poor implementation? Its a mess. All we people who do this every week ask for is some consistency?

They have also got to do away with group 2, there are not enough Platinums to warrant a completely separate group. Lump them in with 1 or 3, I don't care.
